Teams at Southwest Leadership Academy Charter School

Provide targeted ELA Tier II and Tier III interventions within an MTSS/RTI framework; administer and analyze assessment data; design and deliver small-group instruction; differentiate for English Learners and students with IEPs/504s; collaborate with teachers, coaches, administrators, and families; monitor progress, document interventions, and adjust instruction to improve student literacy outcomes.
