Owns industrial plant projects from initiation through closeout, including capital, construction, equipment installation, process improvement, and shutdown projects. Responsibilities include defining scope, estimating costs, managing budgets and schedules, controlling changes, negotiating contractor bids, overseeing site work, managing risks and safety requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and completing commissioning and documentation. The role requires strong financial, leadership, communication, and project controls skills.

Manage industrial plant projects from scope definition through closeout, including capital, construction, equipment installation, process improvement, and shutdown projects. Develop budgets, schedules, estimates, business cases, bid packages, and change controls. Track project costs and risks, oversee contractors, enforce safety requirements, coordinate with plant functions, and ensure projects are delivered on budget, schedule, and scope. Lead cross-functional teams and support capital planning and cost reduction initiatives.

Supports grain receiving and product shipping by weighing inbound and outbound trucks, directing drivers, reviewing tickets and grain grades, scanning documents, entering customer and product data, and maintaining accurate communications across departments. Provides customer service, quality control, scale and probe house coverage, SOP documentation, training, and general commodities support. The role is onsite, shift-flexible, and involves working around moving equipment, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
