Business Development Intern supporting sales growth through prospect research, lead generation and qualification, marketing projects, CRM pipeline management, proposal development, promotional materials, presentations, and conference coordination. The role provides hands-on exposure to business development and marketing within the K-12 foodservice industry.

Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, employee relations documentation, compliance, leave administration, background checks, and employment verifications. Maintain accurate employee data in ADP Workforce Now, prepare HR and compliance reports, assist with audits and process improvements, and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Resident District Manager and unit departments. Duties include filing, scheduling, correspondence, recordkeeping, invoicing, mail handling, phone support, cash deposits, financial reporting, and occasional human resources and payroll administration. The role may also serve as a lead unit clerk, support multiple units, attend safety training, and maintain professional relationships with coworkers, vendors, customers, and client representatives.
