Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, fixed assets, and expenses to support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability assessments. Reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, maintain depreciation schedules, review BOMs and routings for costing accuracy, and support continuous improvement and ad hoc financial modeling for plant operations.

Lead and maintain the QMS per ISO 9001, ensure quality across manufacturing, testing, and final inspection of power transformers; manage supplier quality and audits; analyze quality data, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions; ensure regulatory and customer compliance and act as quality interface for internal teams and external auditors.

Design and engineer mechanical components of medium and large power transformers, perform structural and vibration calculations, ensure compliance with standards, support manufacturing and factory tests, resolve mechanical non-conformities, and drive cost and manufacturability improvements.
