Analyze, validate, and standardize community health data; identify trends, outcomes, quality issues, and impact indicators; improve collection and reporting practices; and translate findings into accessible reports, visualizations, communications, advocacy materials, and funding applications. The role collaborates with multiple member organizations, supports program evaluation and impact measurement, protects confidential information, and contributes to logic models, work plans, outcome measures, policies, and data practices.

Develop and strengthen coalition communications infrastructure, processes, tools, and content. Create accessible stories, graphics, reports, photos, videos, social media, and email materials for diverse audiences. Coordinate content sharing across member organizations, support advocacy campaigns, build stakeholder networks, and monitor communications performance using analytics. The role also requires ethical storytelling, confidentiality, community engagement, strategic planning, project coordination, and collaboration across partner organizations.

Provides nursing care in a community primary healthcare clinic, including assessments, telephone and in-person triage, medication and treatment administration, client education, wound care, ear syringing, advocacy, immunizations, and interdisciplinary coordination. Serves diverse and disadvantaged populations using culturally competent, community-focused care practices.
