Develops commercial banking business by acquiring and managing loan and deposit portfolios. Builds client relationships, structures and underwrites loans, analyzes creditworthiness, prepares loan packages, manages portfolio risk, ensures regulatory compliance, prices products, and cross-sells banking services. Collaborates with internal banking partners, resolves client issues, maintains documentation, and supports community relationships. The role requires commercial lending experience, strong sales and negotiation skills, credit analysis capability, and knowledge of lending regulations.
