Leads the administration, operations, profitability, and performance of banking centers across an assigned territory. Develops commercial banking business by acquiring and managing loan and deposit portfolios. Builds client relationships, structures and underwrites loans, analyzes creditworthiness, prepares loan packages, manages portfolio risk, ensures regulatory compliance, prices products, and cross-sells banking services. Collaborates with internal banking partners, resolves client issues, maintains documentation, and supports community relationships. The role requires commercial lending experience, strong sales and negotiation skills, credit analysis capability, and knowledge of lending regulations.

Supports Treasury Management sales by developing product expertise, educating clients and bank staff, addressing fraud concerns, identifying revenue opportunities, preparing onboarding documentation, and backing up the Treasury Management Sales Officer. Builds client relationships, supports strategic sales planning, assists with small-business Treasury Management services, and contributes to related projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, judgment, banking knowledge, and customer service skills.
