Manages a portfolio of classified commercial loans to reduce problem assets and minimize bank losses. Responsibilities include borrower communications, collections documentation, loan renewals and modifications, resolution strategy development, settlement negotiations, impairment and charge-off analysis, risk and credit reporting updates, vendor coordination, loan transfers, audit support, and compliance with banking laws and policies.

Supports the Commercial Line of Business through tactical and strategic operational responsibilities. Owns assigned tasks and challenges, collaborates with executive and senior management, and works cross-functionally with Marketing and Communications, Finance, and the Consumer Division to support business objectives.

Participate in a 10-week business solutions internship supporting banking operations, data analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, and production management. Assist with project due diligence, administrative tasks, workshops, training, and special initiatives while collaborating with operations managers, analysts, and team leaders. The role emphasizes analytical development, professional networking, task prioritization, attention to detail, and contributing to real-time business initiatives in a remote environment.
