The role also manages vendors and carriers, maintains technical documentation, participates in change management, and mentors junior engineers.

Processes new customer credit applications, verifies business references, obtains credit reports, researches companies, and maintains client records in Cadence and CBCentral. Performs data entry, customer and telephone interactions, general office duties, regulatory compliance, and department support. The role also includes cross-training with credit analysts, marketing assistance, professional training, and special projects.

Leads enterprise data engineering by architecting Snowflake and dbt platforms, scalable pipelines, data models, governance, observability, and integrations. Partners with business, architecture, compliance, and technology teams to deliver reliable data products. Resolves complex production issues, improves data quality and performance, supports AI/ML data infrastructure, and mentors engineers while establishing engineering standards and technical direction.
