Review and process SBA 7(a) and USDA lending modification requests, analyze credit and collateral, recommend deferments or denials per SBA SOP, document decisions, identify exceptions, complete compliance training, and communicate solutions to customers.

Senior technical SME for the Newgen application responsible for administration, configuration, monitoring, API integration, testing, deployments, incident and change management, documentation, mentoring junior admins, and collaborating with business and IT governance to ensure compliance and performance. Provides after-hours/weekend support and leads integrations, process improvements, and training.

Sell and advise business and retail clients on Treasury Management products. Perform needs-based discovery, present tailored proposals, drive deposit and non-interest income growth, generate cross-sell referrals, support bankers with RFPs and pricing, deliver training, and assist with operational reviews and special projects.
