Assists with internal audits, SOX testing, risk assessments, control evaluations, workpaper preparation, and audit reporting. The role supports annual integrated audits with external auditors and consultants, reviews financial and operational controls for compliance, documents findings, and recommends improvements. It also requires maintaining confidentiality, complying with banking regulations including BSA and AML requirements, and pursuing professional development.

Supports third-party vendor management and contract administration through document preparation, contract tracking, records maintenance, correspondence, data entry, scheduling, and customer service. Assists with contract analysis, risk identification, issue resolution, and coordination with business units to ensure contract fulfillment. Performs administrative and confidential office duties while complying with bank policies, legal requirements, audit procedures, and information security standards.

Promotes and sells non-deposit investment products and services, develops customer relationships, interviews clients to understand financial goals, opens and maintains investment accounts, processes new business, supports branch operations, and ensures compliance with securities, banking, and regulatory requirements. Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, banking sales experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
