Oversee daily outpatient clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, billing, purchasing, compliance, safety, facilities, and patient satisfaction. Manage non-provider employees, performance reviews, training, payroll timekeeping, vendor relationships, and complaint resolution. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable regulations while maintaining effective communication, quality patient care, and a safe, orderly clinic environment.

Processes outgoing patient referrals, prior authorizations, medication authorizations, and diagnostic imaging requests. Coordinates scheduling and insurance requirements while supporting a positive patient experience. The role requires knowledge of credentialing processes, insurance payers, CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory standards, along with strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Provides direct pediatric patient care in a medical practice, including triage, vital signs, examinations, medication administration, specimen collection, basic laboratory testing, blood draws, wound care, sterilization, documentation, and patient education. The nurse collaborates with providers and staff, maintains safety and regulatory compliance, protects patient privacy, manages supplies and logs, and supports quality patient and family experiences.
