Manages daily outpatient clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, billing procedures, inventory, compliance, safety, facilities, vendor coordination, patient concerns, and employee performance. Ensures quality patient care, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, HIPAA confidentiality, and effective clinic communication. Supervises non-provider staff and addresses operational, IT, maintenance, and after-hours issues as needed.

Provides comprehensive pediatric care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, injury assessment, vaccinations, medication prescribing, lab interpretation, preventive health guidance, referrals, and confidential medical record maintenance. The role requires an active North Carolina medical license with a Pediatrics specialty. New graduates are encouraged to apply and receive on-site training and support.
