Designs, develops, tests, and improves embedded systems spanning hardware, firmware, and application software. Leads embedded projects, communicates project status to executive leadership, collaborates with marketing and service teams, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires embedded microprocessor and PCB design, real-time data processing, wireless communications, hardware interfaces, and team leadership.

Coordinates area sales activities by processing customer and representative communications, preparing quotes, verifying purchase orders, tracking orders from quote through delivery, and facilitating information flow among customers, sales, engineering, production, and shipping. Provides customer reports, manages approval and technical information requests, communicates delays, supports invoicing, and helps maintain customer satisfaction.

Manages sales across a defined territory, generating $17–22 million in annual revenue through customer and manufacturer representative relationships. Sets and monitors agent goals, develops territory strategies, prepares bids, recommends pricing, evaluates competitors, ensures product compliance with customer specifications, negotiates sales terms, provides technical guidance, and maintains performance reporting. The role also supports order expediting and collections and requires 40%–60% domestic travel.
