Supports technical development, design, quotation, and execution of medium- and high-voltage power quality solutions. Reviews customer specifications, develops preliminary equipment designs, performs electrical calculations, prepares bills of material and proposal documents, evaluates vendor bids, and coordinates with sales, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and customers. Solutions include capacitor banks, harmonic filters, reactors, STATCOMs, and transfer switches.

Designs, develops, simulates, prototypes, and optimizes high-power multilevel converter systems for renewable energy, grid infrastructure, and high-voltage applications. Responsibilities include selecting power semiconductors, thermal and electromagnetic analysis, hardware integration, troubleshooting, compliance with IEEE/IEC/UL standards, root cause analysis, documentation, and component obsolescence management. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supports audits, leads prototyping activities, and mentors junior engineers.

Leads organization-wide talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruiting. Partners with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, talent pipelines, candidate assessment, selection, employer branding, recruiting analytics, and process improvement. Provides consultative guidance, ensures legal and policy compliance, represents the organization at recruiting events, and may coach designated team members. Develops proactive sourcing strategies for critical and future workforce needs while connecting recruitment with internal mobility, employee development, and organizational growth.
