Applies fertilizer, crop protection products, lime, and other agronomy treatments using specialized vehicles and precision agriculture technology. Performs equipment inspections, maintenance, basic repairs, product loading and handling, and accurate recordkeeping. Communicates with supervisors and customers, follows environmental, DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations, and supports warehouse and delivery operations. The role requires outdoor work, seasonal flexibility, physical lifting, a Class B CDL, and completion of agronomy applicator certification training.

Manages sales relationships and account strategies across an assigned agricultural territory. Conducts on-farm consultations, recommends seed, fertilizer, crop protectant, and feed products, negotiates agreements, develops new business, coordinates deliveries, and maintains customer records in a CRM. Provides agronomic and farm-production guidance, participates in grower and community meetings, and collaborates with agronomists, buyers, vendors, and management. Requires frequent field travel, vehicle operation, safety compliance, and extended hours during peak growing seasons.

Applies dry and liquid fertilizers, crop protectants, lime, and other agronomy products to customer fields using specialized spreading vehicles. Drives to customer locations, operates and maintains equipment, performs basic repairs, manages materials and inventory, follows safety and environmental regulations, and communicates with customers and team members. The role requires a Class B CDL, agricultural equipment training, GPS and precision agriculture knowledge, physical labor, and flexibility for extended seasonal hours.
