Prepare and apply dry and liquid fertilizers, crop protectants and other treatments using bulk spreaders and applicator vehicles. Operate and maintain equipment, follow safety/regulatory procedures, communicate with customers and team, perform inventory and material handling, complete required training and certifications.

The Management Associate Trainee will receive training in management, merchandising, sales, and operations while supporting store staff and developing leadership skills.
