Manages agronomic sales to existing and prospective grower accounts across the Southern States footprint. Provides technical guidance on crops, weeds, pests, fertilizers, seed, chemicals, and precision agriculture programs. Develops sales strategies, maintains CRM records, coordinates product deliveries and customer issue resolution, and organizes grower meetings. Builds relationships with agricultural organizations, universities, and extension personnel while traveling extensively to support customers and grow sales.

Manages agronomy sales across an assigned territory by serving existing and prospective farm accounts, identifying opportunities, recommending fertilizer, seed, and crop protection solutions, and providing agronomic expertise. Builds customer relationships, supports retention and growth, coordinates product delivery and issue resolution, maintains CRM records, leads grower meetings, and participates in agricultural extension activities. Travel may reach 95% of the time.

Manage and grow farm accounts through agronomic product sales, technical recommendations, prospecting, customer meetings, and market development. Advise growers on fertilizer, seed, chemicals, crop protection, weed and pest management, and precision agriculture programs. Coordinate with managers, agronomists, vendors, buyers, and product specialists to resolve customer issues and arrange deliveries. Maintain CRM records, report sales activity, attend agricultural meetings, and travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
