Oversees sales teams, marketing campaigns, public relations, market analysis, revenue reporting, budgets, group inventory, forecasts, and key accounts. Recruits, trains, coaches, and manages staff while coordinating with corporate marketing, revenue management, operations, and community partners. Requires hotel marketing expertise, leadership, analytical ability, travel, and occasional nights and weekends.
