Teams at Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen and food preparation areas. Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment; stocks supplies; monitors chemical levels; reports safety concerns; and supports efficient food service operations. Collaborates with kitchen staff, assists with training new stewards, follows hotel safety procedures, and provides courteous service to guests and team members. The role requires frequent standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling kitchen equipment and supplies.

Maintains hotel guest rooms, public areas, equipment, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical operations. Completes work orders, preventive maintenance, building and room audits, painting, carpentry, repairs, inventory upkeep, and pool maintenance, including water chemistry testing and equipment troubleshooting. Responds promptly to guest and staff concerns, follows fire and safety procedures, reports unsafe conditions, and supports hotel projects and overall property appearance.
