Provide front desk and reception support for a pain management clinic: welcome and check in patients, verify insurance, manage scheduling, answer phones, scan charts, train staff, and maintain accurate patient records and office operations.

Receive and review inbound referrals, enter referral data into the EMR, obtain records/imaging, contact patients to schedule appointments, coordinate with referring offices and clinical teams, and track referral status and issues to ensure timely access to care.
