Manages day-to-day projects and initiatives for the Georgia State Office, supporting senior leadership with planning, coordination, reporting, outreach, logistics, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. The role leads cross-functional efforts, organizes working groups, addresses inquiries, tracks external relations, and ensures projects progress effectively while aligning with the organization’s mission and values.

Leads institutional fundraising by developing donor strategies, soliciting foundation and corporate gifts, writing grant proposals, managing donor portfolios, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with program and communications teams. Manages and mentors three staff members, establishes performance objectives, and advances the organization’s mission, JEDI principles, and funding growth.

Build and steward relationships with donors considering planned and legacy gifts. Conduct personalized outreach, manage stewardship communications, support planned giving campaigns, process CRM and stock gift data, monitor engagement outcomes, prepare reports, respond to donor inquiries, and coordinate with fundraising, finance, marketing, leadership, and external partners. The role requires at least three years of frontline fundraising experience, including planned giving, and involves up to 25% travel.
