Assist orthodontists chairside with braces, brackets, bands, X-rays, scans, impressions, and patient photographs. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, maintain EMR records, educate patients on oral hygiene and braces aftercare, and coordinate with clinical and front office teams. The role requires physical activity, manual dexterity, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.

Coordinates orthodontic patient scheduling and front-desk operations, including greeting patients, answering calls, managing provider schedules, processing payments, verifying insurance benefits, and facilitating communication among patients, doctors, and clinical staff.

Assist orthodontists chairside, place and remove braces and related components, capture X-rays, scans, impressions, and photos, prepare and sterilize treatment rooms, educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare, maintain EMR records, and coordinate with clinical and front-office teams.
