Leads the university’s comprehensive alumni engagement program, including strategic planning, budgeting, volunteer and board development, major events, affinity networks, mentoring initiatives, awards, communications, social media, and alumni database integrity. Partners with advancement, marketing, career services, and alumni leadership to strengthen lifelong connections, increase participation, support fundraising objectives, and promote university achievements. The role supervises staff, represents the university publicly, and requires occasional travel, evening and weekend event work, and hands-on program execution.

The Director of Institutional Research leads data initiatives to support university priorities, overseeing data collection and analysis for strategic planning and operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance with accreditation processes.

The Business Instructional Advisor provides professional instruction and advice to entrepreneurs in the burn-scar region, focusing on business development and education, while maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to SOU guidelines.
