Oversee daily store operations: receive, sort, price, rotate, and quality-check donations; operate equipment; prepare goods for sale or storage; perform inventory and tracking; support client work programs; and provide customer service and problem resolution.

Lead daily store operations and a retail team: customer service, cashiering, sorting, pricing, floor maintenance, inventory, training staff and program participants, and ensuring efficient sales-floor performance to support Goodwill’s mission.
