Leads daily retail production and store operations, including sorting and pricing donations, stocking and rotating merchandise, operating registers, maintaining departments, accepting donations, and housekeeping. Ensures production goals are met, trains and supervises workers, provides performance input, and manages inventories and tracking. Requires physical handling of merchandise and equipment, with local and regional travel.

Receives, sorts, prices, rotates, and quality-checks donated merchandise for the retail floor. Operates department equipment, prepares goods for sale or storage, performs inventory tracking, supports client work plans, and provides respectful customer service. The role involves prolonged standing and walking, frequent bending and lifting, and occasional use of carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
