Receive, sort, price, prepare, and rotate merchandise; operate equipment and material-handling tools; perform inventory and quality control; assist staff with work plans; provide effective customer service and resolve issues.

Provide front-line administrative and customer service support for GoodWorks workforce development programs. Assist job seekers with career counseling, work readiness assessments, trainings, data entry, scheduling, correspondence, inventory and program reporting. Coordinate with partners, oversee participant timecards and materials, manage logistics (bus passes, events), maintain confidential records, and support marketing and GoodWorks team operations.

Supports daily HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data entry/audit, leave and disability administration, training, employee relations, compliance reporting (EEOC/OSHA/CARF), and process improvement to support organizational mission.
