Operate and maintain tool room equipment to grind and maintain custom moulding knives, use templates and software for organization, read blueprints, calibrate tools, apply lean principles, and collaborate to optimize production while keeping a safe, organized workspace.

Entry-level management trainee to learn receiving, inventory, shipping, truck logistics, order fulfillment, sales, and customer service. Assist daily operations, support inventory and stock replenishment, collaborate with teams, engage customers, and promote teamwork and communication to drive continuous improvement.

Assist truck driver with loading/unloading building materials (windows, doors, lumber), guide driver in tight maneuvers, perform basic safety checks, interact politely with customers, and support job site tasks. Work early daytime hours, lift 80+ lbs regularly, follow OSHA and company procedures.
