Provide friendly, customer-focused inside retail sales: assist walk-in and phone/email customers, build relationships with contractors and homeowners, process orders/payments/returns, maintain customer records, coordinate with yard/shipping for fulfillment, resolve concerns, and keep the sales environment organized.
