Conduct in-home sales presentations for qualified, preset homeowner appointments. Demonstrate remodeling products, tailor solutions to customer needs, meet sales goals, build long-term relationships, and close consultative sales. The role provides leads and does not require cold calling. Representatives must maintain professionalism, complete training, and work collaboratively toward individual and team performance objectives.

Conduct consultative in-home sales presentations using preset, prequalified leads. Demonstrate products, tailor solutions to homeowner needs, close sales, meet/exceed sales goals, build long-term customer relationships, and represent the brand professionally.

Install windows, baths, siding, doors, roofs, or gutters for residential home-improvement projects. Measure, cut, and fit materials according to manufacturer and company standards; maintain high-quality craftsmanship; communicate with homeowners; coordinate with production staff; maintain safe, clean jobsites; complete projects on time; and report issues or delays. Installers must work independently, solve jobsite problems, and perform physically demanding work at heights.
