Teams at Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation

Leads all human resources functions, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, HRIS administration, professional development, DEIB initiatives, and organizational culture strategy. Advises the CEO and executive leadership team on employment law, policies, performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and workforce development. Manages the People and Culture department, supervises HR staff, and oversees training, corrective action, and organizational policy implementation.

Lead and execute all fundraising activities including major gifts, planned giving, grants, direct mail, events, and marketing. Manage a small development team, donor portfolios, Bloomerang-driven campaigns, and the department budget to meet fundraising goals in partnership with the CEO and board.
