Provides in-person crisis intervention, assessment, de-escalation, stabilization, safety planning, and community resource linkage for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. Works under a Licensed Professional, implements Person-Centered Plans, documents services, coordinates follow-up care, supervises associate and paraprofessional staff, supports telehealth, and participates in 24/7 first-responder and on-call coverage.

Provides in-person crisis intervention, de-escalation, stabilization, documentation, and follow-up coordination for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. Works under licensed supervision, collaborates with emergency services and providers, and supports client safety while helping prevent hospitalization. The role serves Scotland or Robeson County, North Carolina, and requires the professional to live in the county supported.
