Teams at Southeast Restoration

Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, skilled trade, and professional roles. Partner with hiring managers, create job postings and screening materials, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, build talent pipelines, and represent the company at job fairs and outreach events. Maintain recruiting records, track hiring metrics, support background checks and references, assist with HR administration, and improve recruiting systems and processes while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Develops, grows, and manages strategic commercial accounts and referral partnerships. Serves as the primary client relationship manager, supports emergency response communication, coordinates restoration projects across departments, maintains CRM records, and drives account retention, business development, revenue growth, and exceptional customer experiences through networking, education, and proactive engagement.

Serves as the first point of contact for customers experiencing property emergencies. Handles high-volume calls, gathers and documents opportunity information, enters data across CRM and insurance systems, routes requests to appropriate teams, explains restoration next steps, resolves intake issues, and coordinates with branches and project managers. Requires empathy, accuracy, multitasking, strong communication, and independent remote work skills.
