Provide client-centered support to homeless adults by coordinating community resources (housing, healthcare, employment, mental health), building trusting relationships and action plans, responding to crises with de-escalation and intervention, and maintaining accurate case documentation to ensure program compliance and client progress toward stability and independence.

Support month-end close, reconcile general ledger accounts, post journal entries, process payroll/invoices, assist with AR, prepare financial statements, budgets, tax returns, and audit schedules while ensuring GAAP compliance and internal controls.

Provide community-based outreach and peer recovery support to clients with addiction using lived experience. Engage, motivate, and role-model recovery behaviors; connect clients to services; co-facilitate groups; advocate with providers; document interactions; assist in crises with de-escalation; collaborate with clinical team.

Provide comprehensive mental health services in a correctional setting including assessments, crisis intervention, counseling, case management, level-of-care recommendations, treatment planning, re-entry coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration while maintaining clinical documentation.

Serve as a liaison between inpatient psychiatric hospitals and community behavioral health services. Conduct intake assessments, develop initial treatment plans, coordinate discharge planning, advocate for patients during hospitalization, facilitate connections to Southeast Healthcare treatment teams, and collaborate with hospital and internal clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.

Provide community-based case management for adults with severe and persistent mental illness, including resource linkage, crisis intervention, individualized treatment planning, progress monitoring, advocacy, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and wellness.

Manage daily operations of Ryan White-funded services, ensuring HRSA and grant compliance, supervising staff, coordinating eligibility/enrollment, preparing grant reports, monitoring quality outcomes, and collaborating with clinical teams and community partners to support integrated HIV care.

Provide community-based case management for adults with severe and persistent mental illness, including resource connection, crisis intervention, individualized treatment planning, progress monitoring, advocacy, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and wellness.

Provide peer-based support for individuals re-entering the community after incarceration, build trusting relationships using lived experience, connect clients to housing, employment, healthcare and mental health services, advocate within social service systems, and encourage participation in re-entry programs during the first year post-release.
