Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and dispensing, computer data entry, robotic dispensing, insurance adjudication, customer service, cash register operation, inventory management, and maintaining patient confidentiality and safety protocols.

Lead development and delivery of academic support for medical students, including one-on-one coaching, interventions for at-risk students, program coordination (workshops, tutoring, board prep), data-driven assessment, faculty partnership, and documentation of outcomes to promote student success.

Interview patients to gather necessary information for registration and treatment, ensure billing requirements are met, and assist in maintaining medical records. Provide support services in a healthcare environment, handling inquiries and scheduling.
