Performs diagnostic radiologic and fluoroscopic examinations for hospital patients, including emergency and surgical cases. Operates imaging equipment, follows radiation safety and infection prevention policies, documents exams and patient information in PACS, communicates patient histories to radiologists, and maintains exam competency. Provides evening-shift call support and responds to hospital requests within 30 minutes.

Register and admit patients, collect signatures and billing information, verify insurance and obtain authorizations, schedule services, post/verify charges, assist with medical records and financial assistance, and provide front-line customer service in clinic and hospital settings.

Performs nightly environmental services cleaning in patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, bathrooms, offices, corridors, and other assigned areas. Duties include supplying rooms, making beds, vacuuming, and wet- and dry-mopping floors while following housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
