Delivers nursing education by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating staff development and orientation. Collaborates with clinical education team, updates materials, uses adult-learning methods, facilitates training, records attendance/evaluations electronically, and supervises new hire orientation. Supports skill maintenance and competency development across units.

Provide physician leadership and clinical direction for facility-based multidisciplinary care. Maintain patient care standards, participate in quality improvement, develop policies and business plans, oversee financial and administrative functions, collaborate with medical staff, and ensure credentialing and effective communication.

The Radiologic Technologist assists in diagnostic procedures, operates imaging equipment, assesses patients, and communicates with healthcare teams. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, supporting interventional radiology, and performing administrative tasks. Students in a diagnostic imaging program are encouraged.
