Southeast Community Health Systems is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). It provides comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services, including mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment, to seven rural communities across four parishes in Southeast Louisiana. Its mission is to serve the medically underserved regardless of their ability to pay.
