Manage marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, including paid advertising, content development, digital communications, budgets, invoices, and KPI reporting. Develop growth and retention campaign ideas, coordinate marketing collateral, optimize campaigns, prioritize requests, and communicate status updates. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, information security policies, privacy requirements, and internal procedures while supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Develops consumer and commercial banking relationships, acquires new clients, manages loan and deposit portfolios, structures and closes loans, and promotes banking products. Reviews borrower financial information, negotiates credit terms, monitors repayment, and ensures lending compliance. Provides client service, resolves issues, represents the bank in the community, and manages, trains, and develops assigned staff.

Executes the bank’s compliance management program by monitoring regulations, testing compliance activities, reviewing policies, forms, disclosures, products, and systems, coordinating audits and exams, documenting findings, supporting remediation, and advising management and staff on banking compliance requirements.
