Supervise and assist sports and recreation programs, engage participants to ensure safety and enrichment, provide welcoming member service, maintain facility and equipment safety, support staff development, enforce YMCA policies, and participate in community and fundraising activities.

Part-time weekend role assisting with animal care, garden watering, harvesting, equipment and facility maintenance, visitor engagement, volunteer support, and general farm safety and cleanliness under supervisor direction.

Teach and supervise tennis lessons and clinics for all ages and skill levels, plan sessions, enforce safety and YMCA policies, engage members, support staff and volunteers, maintain courts, and participate in community and fundraising events. Must be available evenings and weekends.

Supervise and implement before- and after-school program curriculum, provide homework help, ensure safety and EEC licensing compliance, engage families and volunteers, support staff development, maintain facilities, and deliver nurturing, developmentally appropriate activities for school-age children.

Assist Group Leaders and Site Coordinators in planning and running high-quality afterschool programs. Support compliance with EEC licensing, QRIS, HEPA, and CACFP standards; supervise children; engage families, staff, and volunteers; maintain safe facilities; and support community and fundraising activities.

Assist Group Leaders and Site Coordinators in planning and running high-quality before/afterschool programs. Support compliance with EEC, QRIS, CACFP, and ADA, supervise children, engage families and volunteers, maintain safe facilities, promote YMCA values, and meet EEC professional development requirements.

Lead environmental education and teambuilding programs for school groups, facilitate low/high ropes, rock wall, waterfront activities, provide customer service, and support housekeeping, grounds, dining, and residential operations during the fall season.

Supervise and run SkyTrail activities, enforce safety and YMCA/RCI policies, respond to incidents, maintain equipment and facility cleanliness, engage members, support volunteers, attend trainings and staff meetings.

Implements afterschool curriculum, provides homework help, supervises participants and volunteers, ensures EEC compliance and safe/nurturing environment, engages families and community, and assists with facility and program management.
