Support accounting operations across two offices: receipting and applying funds, managing vendor payments, assisting month-end close, processing receivables (NOICs/cancellations), and providing backup during high-volume periods.

Provides customer service to retail insurance agents and clients, reviews and processes applications, endorsements, and cancellations, and maintains accurate records. Supports reports, inspections, policy audits, surplus lines documentation, tax filings, and regulatory compliance. Uses management systems and Microsoft Office tools to communicate, document activity, and coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
