Administer and stabilize the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM; build and optimize service catalog items and workflows; support CMDB, Discovery, Change Management, reports/dashboards, upgrades, integrations, governance, and stakeholder enablement in a hospital environment.

Provides safe, courteous transport of patients, specimens, and equipment within the hospital using wheelchairs and stretchers. Monitors patient condition, notifies nursing of concerns, follows infection prevention and safety protocols, assists with transfers, dispatches transport orders, and completes required documentation and mandatory trainings.

The Appointment Scheduler will manage patient appointments, including scheduling, verifying insurance, and assisting with inquiries. They will collaborate with medical staff, maintain records, and support training efforts.
