Schedules outpatient hospital services, completes patient preregistration, verifies insurance benefits, obtains authorizations, estimates and collects payments, coordinates interpreter and transportation services, and explains appointment preparation requirements. The role provides end-to-end customer service, maintains 98% registration accuracy, uses scheduling and eCashiering systems, resolves issues appropriately, and collaborates with authorization teams. Strong medical terminology, computer, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and insurance knowledge are required.

Safely transports patients, specimens, equipment, and medical records throughout the hospital using wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds. Monitors patient comfort, oxygen, and IV lines; assists with transfers, repositioning, hygiene, and discharges; and reports concerns to clinical staff. Maintains equipment cleanliness, follows infection prevention and identification procedures, communicates courteously with patients and departments, dispatches transport requests, documents services, and completes required training and compliance activities.

Prepares and serves patient meals, assists with tray-line setup and transportation, retrieves trays, stocks supplies, and cleans kitchen equipment, food trucks, and work areas. Follows food handling, infection control, patient identification, safety, and hygiene procedures. Provides respectful customer service, communicates routine information in English, performs basic arithmetic, works independently and collaboratively, and remains calm in stressful situations. Weekday, weekend, holiday, and varied-shift availability is required.
