Oversee EA Stabilization program serving families exiting emergency shelters and MRVP supported housing. Supervise case managers, coordinate housing lotteries and shelter collaboration, ensure timely needs assessments and housing action plans, lead crisis intervention and tenancy preservation, manage MRVP billing, ensure compliance with funding and agency policies, provide on-call support, and facilitate cross-departmental continuity of care to prevent returns to homelessness.

Provide overnight and weekend supervision, crisis and group counseling, medication oversight, client transport, safety checks, recordkeeping, and enforce house rules while supporting clients in recovery.

Ensure the safety and security of clients in a residential recovery house during assigned shifts. Supervise daily activities, medication administration, and rule compliance; provide individual, group, and crisis counseling; perform walk-throughs, logging, paperwork, fire drills, and transport clients as needed. Maintain confidentiality and program compliance.
