Provides front-desk reception for a childcare and Head Start center. Answers and directs calls, greets guests, communicates with school buses by radio, collects and records parent fees, enters data into ProCare and ChildPlus, maintains confidentiality, supports families and staff, and assists with general office duties. The role also maintains an orderly reception area and ensures compliance with agency and program requirements.

Provides short-term case management, housing guidance, referrals, and support to individuals and families seeking affordable or stable housing. Maintains client records, coordinates referrals and workshops, assists with housing applications and searches, supports outreach, and collaborates with community organizations and internal programs. Requires bilingual Spanish or Portuguese communication, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, confidentiality, and compliance with program requirements.

Directs the daily operations of a 16-unit residential program serving women with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. Oversees staff recruitment, supervision, training, policies, licensing, client records, referrals, billing, budgets, data collection, compliance, and external provider relationships. The role manages program safety and emergency response, coordinates services, maintains funder and DPH requirements, and is responsible for on-call coverage. This is a fully onsite position with driving and residential-building mobility requirements.
