Provides customer service and administrative support for employee benefit insurance clients. Responsibilities include coordinating with carriers on claims, renewals, rates, enrollments, cancellations, billing, and plan changes; preparing quotes and benefit presentations; maintaining electronic enrollment and filing systems; supporting benefit portals; processing communications; and assisting agents with client meetings and office duties.
