Drive business growth in hospitality and commercial real estate by managing prospects, leading sales presentations, maintaining CRM, building networks, coordinating with internal teams, and reporting to senior leadership. Travel required.

Supports commercial construction projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. Responsibilities include project administration, Procore documentation, drawing and contract review, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoicing, AIA payment applications, punch lists, and client communication. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while traveling to project sites as needed.

Perform drywall installation, taping and mudding, metal framing, and light carpentry (molding). Collaborate with site teams, perform handyman tasks, and follow construction site procedures.
