Partners with HR, Compliance, IT, application teams, and department leaders to ensure secure, accurate access aligned with organizational workflows and regulatory requirements.

Leads clinic billing and coding operations within the healthcare revenue cycle department. Oversees team performance, coding accuracy, claims submission, denials, audits, compliance, work queues, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with clinical and administrative leaders to resolve documentation gaps and optimize reimbursement. Manages personnel, budgets, policies, systems, and regulatory adherence while supporting revenue cycle initiatives and software improvements.
