Unpaid HR intern supporting HR projects across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, HRIS, compensation, compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping. The role provides supervised exposure to HR operations, confidential information handling, process improvement, documentation, and departmental initiatives within a healthcare environment. Interns develop organizational, analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills while assisting employees, managers, and HR professionals.

Coordinates marketing projects, campaigns, website content, media placements, meetings, and departmental administrative functions. Serves as a liaison with healthcare providers, develops referral relationships, addresses referral issues, and tracks provider engagement and service-line feedback. Supports content creation, campaign reporting, digital platform maintenance, and project workflows using Basecamp while collaborating with marketing, clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders.

Serve as primary client relationship owner for hosted Epic services, managing onboarding, service delivery, revenue cycle performance, SLAs, optimization, and cross-functional coordination to drive client satisfaction and financial outcomes.
