Receives and assists patients, schedules appointments, answers phones, verifies insurance, and maintains demographic information in the EMR. Posts payments, manages patient accounts receivable, reconciles daily clinic reports, completes bank deposits, and handles petty cash. The coordinator also scans records, orders supplies, submits maintenance requests, distributes controlled prescriptions appropriately, and maintains HIPAA confidentiality.

Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, prepare invoices and journal entries, maintain accounts payable/vendor files, review and post transactions to the general ledger, assist with audits and benefits reconciliations, research discrepancies, and follow internal controls and HIPAA confidentiality requirements.

Provides primary care for children, adolescents, and adults under physician supervision: history-taking, physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute/chronic illness, ordering/interpreting tests, prescribing medications and therapies, performing minor procedures, delivering preventive care, counseling patients, and providing care in-clinic, offsite events, or via telehealth.
