Coordinate and lead quality improvement across primary care sites: monitor compliance with UDS/PCMH/ACO/Meaningful Use, run audits and statistical analyses, chair Quality Assurance, train staff, manage patient satisfaction and referrals, serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer, and lead chronic care management and special projects.

Provides primary care for children, adolescents, and adults under physician supervision: history-taking, physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute/chronic illness, ordering/interpreting tests, prescribing medications and therapies, performing minor procedures, delivering preventive care, counseling patients, and providing care in-clinic, offsite events, or via telehealth.

Manage daily clinic operations, supervise clinical and front-office staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance, improve workflow and patient experience, support strategic planning, cost containment, outreach, and implement policies under CEO oversight.
