On-call Head Start substitute supporting classroom, nutrition, custodial, and clerical duties. Manage classroom activities per Early Childhood standards, prepare and serve meals per CACFP and special diets, maintain sanitation, complete lesson plans (long-term), and report to supervisors. Requires interaction with families, adherence to licensing and performance standards, and physical tasks including lifting and travel within assigned area.

Provide on-call substitute support across classroom, nutrition, custodial, and clerical duties for Head Start. Implement Early Childhood Development practices and Head Start performance standards, prepare and serve meals per CACFP and special diets, maintain sanitation and safety, complete lesson plans for long-term assignments, assist children’s learning and inclusion, and follow licensing, reporting, and agency policies.

Work on an as-needed basis supporting classroom, nutrition/kitchen, custodial, and clerical duties under the Center Supervisor. Implement Head Start performance standards, prepare and serve meals, maintain sanitation, follow lesson plans (for long-term subs), support childrens development, assist with special diets and IEP/IFSP goals, complete reports, and adhere to licensing and safety policies. Frequent physical activity and travel within assigned area required.
