The Program Monitor is responsible for overseeing workforce development programs, conducting site visits, ensuring compliance, and supporting participant engagement and documentation review.

The Career Services Coordinator will manage case services for individuals in reentry programs, assist with job searches, and provide comprehensive support to achieve employment goals.

Conduct employer outreach and develop partnerships to identify job, internship, and work-based learning opportunities; provide career coaching, job readiness services, and placement support; track participant progress and maintain case files; facilitate workshops and employer engagement events; perform outreach, assessments, and site visits to support workforce program outcomes.
