Manage and expand B2B client relationships while partnering with Account Executives, vendors, finance, and internal teams. Responsibilities include supporting contracts and renewals, monitoring service quality and satisfaction, resolving account and payment issues, coordinating vendor information, maintaining customer records, and assisting with administrative projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with in-office work in Jersey City three days per week.

The Territory Manager will maintain vendor relationships, onboard new vendors, monitor service quality, and support sales teams, ensuring high levels of vendor satisfaction and compliance with company procedures.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade systems, translating operational challenges into scalable solutions, while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.
