Provide high-level executive and governance support to the Managing Director and Executive Management Team: manage calendars and travel, coordinate governance forums, prepare meeting packs and minutes, track actions, administer contracts and documents, support QMS and reporting, maintain confidential records, and drive continuous improvement of executive support and administrative processes.

Provide technical pre-sales support for networking solutions: collaborate with sales, design LAN/WAN/WLAN/security architectures, run demos and workshops, respond to RFPs/RFIs, prepare proposals, and troubleshoot pre-sales technical issues.

Develop and maintain C# applications, collaborate on project requirements, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure high-quality code through testing and documentation.
