Lead the design and evolution of a Databricks and AWS data platform across ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption. Define lakehouse architecture, governance, security, data quality, and integration standards; review and optimize batch and streaming pipelines; and guide cost and performance improvements. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to approve architecture decisions, create documentation, plan roadmaps, estimate initiatives, mentor data engineers, and support hiring and team growth.
