Deploys and configures integration solutions and internally developed applications across customer and internal environments. Manages VPNs and FortiGate firewall rules, troubleshoots network, application, and data-flow issues, supports onboarding and incident resolution, collaborates with development teams, and contributes to documentation and automation for reliable, secure integrations.

Manage day-to-day quality management system for pathology services, maintain ISO 15189/ISO 9001 accreditation, run audits, manage eQMS modules, oversee incident investigations and CAPA, prepare AMR and monthly KPI reports, support regulatory inspections (CQC, MHRA, HTA), train staff, and drive continual improvement across sites.
