Lead a team of four backend and ML engineers building machine-learning-driven ad delivery. Own the ML roadmap, production model-serving stack, real-time decisioning, feature pipelines, experimentation, monitoring, and backend ad services across web and mobile. Partner with product, analytics, and client engineering teams to balance revenue, retention, and inventory. Contribute hands-on to the codebase while mentoring engineers, managing performance, and guiding technical strategy.

Build, scale, and maintain backend APIs and services powering SoundCloud’s global media streaming platform. Collaborate with client and full-stack engineers, improve performance and reliability, debug distributed systems, participate in architecture and code reviews, and support on-call operations. The role requires Go, Terraform, cloud-native infrastructure, databases, microservices, and container technologies, with preferred experience in media streaming, APIs, functional programming, and streaming protocols.

Lead SoundCloud’s global internal communications strategy and executive communications while managing the migration and launch of its next-generation intranet. Oversee governance, content strategy, stakeholder alignment, employee adoption, internal editorial channels, company events, employer branding, executive counsel, DEI communications, and engagement measurement. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across People, IT, Cybersecurity, Brand, Finance, and Webflow to improve employee connectivity and experience.
