Provide high-touch executive support to the COO & CTO: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate cross-time-zone meetings, prepare agendas and notes, track action items, own quarterly board logistics and materials, partner with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, maintain strict confidentiality, improve operational processes, and execute events and executive communications with polished professionalism.

Lead and scale SoundCloud's global programmatic advertising operations: manage partner integrations and relationships, troubleshoot delivery and reporting (including GAM), build documentation and playbooks, optimize yield and pricing, analyze performance with SQL and reporting tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve monetization across display, video, and audio formats.

The Lead Principal Software Engineer/Systems Architect will design and implement SoundCloud's core API architecture, mentor engineering teams, and ensure system reliability and scalability while driving modernization efforts using AI and agentic workflows.
