Teams at Sound Seal

Performs laboratory and field acoustical testing, engineering calculations, research, customized test planning, technical documentation, and formal test report preparation. Develops standard operating procedures aligned with ASTM, ISO, and ANSI standards, supports compliance and quality systems, and provides technical assistance to project teams. The role involves sound transmission, absorption, impedance tube, and sound power measurements, with occasional travel to U.S. locations and military facilities.

Creates 3D CAD models, 2D manufacturing programs, production cut files, and detailed client submittal drawings for acoustic products. Uses SolidWorks and AutoCAD to support product development, prototype testing, custom designs, manufacturing, and rework reduction. Reads architectural drawings, resolves product-related issues, coordinates project timelines, and supports continuous improvement while ensuring accurate and timely project completion.

Leads the design, analysis, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems and components. Prepares engineering drawings and specifications, performs FEA and CFD simulations, and ensures compliance with performance and safety standards. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, mentors junior staff, manages multiple projects, and drives continuous improvement in product quality and efficiency.
