Leads end-to-end accounts payable and procure-to-pay operations across multiple entities and ERP systems. Manages invoice processing, vendor relationships, payment governance, expense and card programs, reconciliations, month-end close, controls, reporting, and audits. Develops and coaches the AP team while driving automation, standardized workflows, KPI development, root-cause resolution, and integration of acquired businesses.

Leads onboarding, technical training, and cross-training for fabrication, assembly, and production employees. Teaches blueprint and fabrication drawing interpretation, product knowledge, fabrication techniques, equipment safety, and quality standards. Evaluates competency through the skills matrix, supports production troubleshooting, partners with engineering and operations, and drives continuous improvement, defect reduction, workforce flexibility, and compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.

Creates and modifies detailed technical drawings, designs, and bills of materials using CAD software. Collaborates with engineers and fabricators, maintains design documentation, verifies drawing accuracy and quality, supports project planning, ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations, and identifies process improvements.

Processes customer orders, reviews purchase orders, communicates order status and lead times, coordinates with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, scheduling, and accounting, and resolves shipment, return, and account issues. Maintains accurate customer and order records, supports documentation and reporting, processes RMAs, coordinates freight claims, and delivers responsive service to customers, sales representatives, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

Leads the design, development, analysis, testing, and validation of mechanical systems and components. Prepares engineering drawings and documentation, collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, manages multiple projects, mentors junior staff, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires expertise in sheet metal, CAD-based FEA and CFD simulations, mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance.

Develops wholesale distribution channels and revenue across an assigned territory. Manages sales pipelines, forecasts, customer and distributor relationships, product training, technical support, trade shows, market engagement, and Voice of the Customer activities. Leads end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash operations across multiple manufacturing entities. Oversees billing, collections, cash application, credit risk, disputes, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, and working capital improvement. Manages strategic customer accounts, develops AR staff, standardizes processes across ERP systems and acquired businesses, establishes KPIs, drives automation, and partners cross-functionally to resolve root causes and improve DSO and cash collections.

Drive net-new revenue across the Midwest through aggressive prospecting, account acquisition, competitive displacement, and specification capture. Build a pipeline four times quota by engaging architects, developers, contractors, and end users during long-cycle industrial and architectural projects. Conduct site visits, discovery meetings, Lunch-and-Learns, and CEU sessions; maintain CRM accuracy and forecast discipline; and collaborate with estimators, project managers, and internal teams to advance opportunities.

Supports the quality assurance team by conducting inspections and audits, maintaining quality records, preparing reports, assisting with corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and provides administrative support to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

Supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination. Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports, resolve operational discrepancies, communicate with suppliers and carriers, support policy implementation, ensure safety compliance, and train logistics staff.

Oversee multi-entity general ledger operations, monthly and annual close, U.S. GAAP reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, ERP systems, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing finance support. Lead accounting staff, improve processes, support dashboards and automation, and collaborate with finance, operations, supply chain, IT, and corporate teams on reporting, ERP upgrades, cost reduction, and M&A integration activities.

Leads and coaches inside sales staff to achieve territory growth targets, generate and convert leads, manage customer relationships, and negotiate proposals and contracts. Develops sales KPIs, outbound calling strategies, growth plans, presentations, webinars, and training. Partners with sales leadership on commercial strategy and improves customer experience, ERP, quoting, communication, and performance processes.
