Designs vibration isolation systems, engineered supports, frames, curbs, bases, anchors, and restraints for MEP applications. Produces manufacturing drawings, submittals, engineering calculations, seismic and wind analyses, technical reports, and FEA models. Collaborates with sales, project management, manufacturing, field teams, and customers; supports BIM coordination, installations, fabrication issues, and custom product development.

Provides daily leadership and technical guidance to engineering teams supporting vibration isolation and acoustics products. Resolves technical escalations, supports customer and manufacturing issues, oversees quality and documentation, and leads root cause analysis and continuous improvement. The role coaches employees, manages onboarding and training, coordinates offshore engineering resources, develops process materials, and collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Operations, and HR to ensure effective project execution.

Own CAG’s information-security program and roadmap while performing hands-on security operations. Responsibilities include incident response, EDR and email-security administration, identity and Microsoft 365 security, phishing response, vulnerability management, security awareness, governance, risk and compliance, vendor and SOC management, executive reporting, acquisition due diligence, and business continuity planning.

Leads the PMO for a multi-year ERP consolidation onto Infor CSI across multiple brands and U.S. sites. Owns program planning, scope, schedule, budget, governance, process documentation, data migration, UAT, change management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. Coordinates internal teams, implementation partners, and business leaders through staged rollout, go-live, post-launch stabilization, issue resolution, adoption tracking, transition to steady-state support, and program closeout.

Creates and modifies detailed technical drawings, designs, and bills of materials using CAD software. Collaborates with engineers and fabricators, maintains design documentation, verifies drawing accuracy and quality, supports project planning, ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations, and identifies process improvements.

Leads the design, development, analysis, testing, and validation of mechanical systems and components. Prepares engineering drawings and documentation, collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, manages multiple projects, mentors junior staff, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires expertise in sheet metal, CAD-based FEA and CFD simulations, mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance.

Leads end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash operations across multiple manufacturing entities. Oversees billing, collections, cash application, credit risk, disputes, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, and working capital improvement. Manages strategic customer accounts, develops AR staff, standardizes processes across ERP systems and acquired businesses, establishes KPIs, drives automation, and partners cross-functionally to resolve root causes and improve DSO and cash collections.

Drive net-new revenue across the Midwest through aggressive prospecting, account acquisition, competitive displacement, and specification capture. Build a pipeline four times quota by engaging architects, developers, contractors, and end users during long-cycle industrial and architectural projects. Conduct site visits, discovery meetings, Lunch-and-Learns, and CEU sessions; maintain CRM accuracy and forecast discipline; and collaborate with estimators, project managers, and internal teams to advance opportunities.

Leads and coaches inside sales staff to achieve territory growth targets, generate and convert leads, manage customer relationships, and negotiate proposals and contracts. Develops sales KPIs, outbound calling strategies, growth plans, presentations, webinars, and training. Partners with sales leadership on commercial strategy and improves customer experience, ERP, quoting, communication, and performance processes.
