Manages India sales operations, forecasting, pipeline analytics, business planning, and sales process improvement. Leads a team of analysts and operations professionals while owning the business intelligence and reporting roadmap. Evaluates and implements AI, machine learning, and generative AI for forecasting, risk detection, and self-service analytics. Ensures data quality, governance, compliance, and responsible AI usage across Salesforce and connected systems, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on projects, enablement, and change management.

Provide hands-on IT service desk support for hardware, software, networks, access requests, and technical incidents. Investigate and resolve user issues, maintain global hardware asset inventories, support enterprise technologies, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, server, virtualization, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows, macOS, and VoIP environments. The role also supports process automation, reporting, ITIL practices, security controls, technology deployments, and escalated technical challenges.

Manage the procurement lifecycle for the region: source and acquire goods and services, develop RFQs, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, support contract renewals, coordinate with finance for invoices, and implement global purchasing processes.
