Analyzes and troubleshoots customer Jira tickets for SOTI MobiControl. Responsibilities include reviewing logs and crash reports, identifying bugs and platform limitations, researching failures, maintaining diagnostic tools, coordinating with support and engineering teams, and recommending fixes or workarounds. The role requires knowledge of mobile platforms, software development, enterprise MDM, databases, Windows, server administration, networking, and advanced troubleshooting.

Lead and coach software development teams researching and delivering new technologies and solutions. Guide ideation, design, prototyping, testing, architecture reviews, implementation planning, Agile practices, and product roadmap transitions. Collaborate with architecture, product, research, and executive stakeholders while developing team capabilities, promoting best practices, and managing complex technical initiatives across software development lifecycles.

Develop scalable software solutions using C# and .NET across the full development lifecycle. Design and maintain database tools, write unit and integration tests, investigate defects, optimize applications, and uphold code quality. Collaborate through code reviews and design discussions, mentor teammates, contribute to architecture and brainstorming, and stay current with emerging technologies.
