SOTI Benefits Overview

Designs, scripts, configures, and executes performance tests for software applications and infrastructure. Analyzes performance data using JMeter, AppDynamics, Fiddler, and related tools to identify bottlenecks and production-readiness risks. Creates test strategies, plans, estimates, and KPI reports; collaborates with development and architecture teams on troubleshooting; contributes in Agile Scrum environments; and mentors teams on performance engineering and automation frameworks.

Manage customer renewals and account growth for SOTI, including preparing quotes, upselling products and services, resolving customer needs, and meeting renewal targets. Maintain customer relationships, conduct inbound and outbound communications, manage sales pipelines and forecasts, and execute campaigns targeting existing accounts. Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, channel partners, and marketing while maintaining current product, industry, and technical knowledge.

Investigate complex software failures and performance issues through root-cause analysis, profiling, log and network analysis, exploratory testing, and performance test execution. Design and review performance test cases, identify bottlenecks and regressions, develop diagnostic tools, communicate evidence-based findings, document troubleshooting methods, and mentor engineers in systematic debugging.
