Leads the global Sales Excellence strategy, sales methodology, playbooks, pipeline governance, manager coaching, onboarding, certification, performance analysis, and field adoption programs. Partners with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Product, Finance, and People teams to improve productivity, pipeline quality, win rates, forecasting, quota attainment, and sales-cycle performance. Manages and develops a high-performing Sales Excellence and Enablement team.

Provides telephone and email-based post-sales technical support for software and mobile device management products. Investigates customer issues, reproduces environments across devices, diagnoses application and networking problems, collaborates with internal teams to resolve cases, communicates progress, and delivers timely customer service.

Provides confidential executive administrative support, including calendar and inbox management, travel arrangements, expense processing, meeting logistics, correspondence, prioritization, and relationship management. The role proactively supports senior executives, prepares documents and information, handles urgent issues, coordinates facilities and technology for meetings, and completes ad hoc projects. Strong organization, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, reporting, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
