Leads Sports cataloguing research and writing for auction lots, developing engaging, accurate content about players, teams, games, records, provenance, and collectibles. Reviews and edits team materials, establishes research and quality standards, improves workflows, and produces sale pages, editorial features, press materials, website content, and social copy. Collaborates with specialists and cross-functional teams while inspecting property and preparing condition reports.

Supports bidder registration and bid-related requests across Sotheby’s auctions. Maintains accurate client accounts, resolves routine data issues, performs account reconciliation, follows KYC and AML procedures, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure accounts are ready for sale deadlines. The role also contributes to process improvements, system testing, documentation, and consistent global operating procedures while providing timely guidance to clients and colleagues.

Leads Sotheby’s Watches private sales business by sourcing and executing high-value transactions, building relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, developing revenue opportunities, negotiating deals, and partnering across global teams. The role represents the Watches division, provides market and collecting expertise, manages strategic client relationships, supports growth initiatives and events, and strengthens Sotheby’s presence in the luxury market.
