Supports Sotheby’s global legal entities and Board governance by coordinating meetings, preparing resolutions and minutes, maintaining statutory records, managing Companies House and international filings, assisting with entity management, KYC, due diligence, financing and M&A projects, and administering document execution, legal templates, trackers and billing.

Creates and delivers cultural programming and experiential marketing initiatives across Sotheby’s New York locations. Manages event concepts, schedules, budgets, staffing, technical production, suppliers, guests, and on-site execution. Coordinates with marketing, events, fine art, luxury, security, and facilities teams while maintaining production documentation, standard operating procedures, and performance reporting. Supports exhibitions, private events, audience engagement, consigner pitches, and cross-departmental programming initiatives.

Supports client strategists and specialist teams by researching prospective clients, analyzing large datasets, maintaining CRM accuracy, and identifying commercial opportunities. Prepares client reviews, presentations, meeting briefs, family trees, event invitations, and sale-related targeting. Partners across departments to support client cultivation, acquisition, cross-selling, and relationship reviews. Requires strong Excel, research, analytical, organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills, along with a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience.
