Teams at Sotheby's

Lead product strategy, roadmap and execution for Sotheby’s client‑facing websites and mobile apps. Manage product managers, partner with design, engineering and data teams, drive research-driven decisions, run agile delivery, stakeholder communications, and measure product impact to grow demand across auctions, private sales and marketplace channels.

Provide HR operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle in France: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination with ADP, benefits, time & attendance (Octime), SuccessFactors data entry, performance and compensation processes, intern recruitment, employee engagement programs, and HR compliance.

Greet and assist clients at the Maison, handle enquiries and transactions, process payments, support auction and retail fulfillment, liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience, and uphold security and compliance standards.
