Support Private Sales and Middle Market Auction teams by researching, cataloguing, and preparing catalogue entries and essays. Maintain property files, organize images and references, ensure image color accuracy, coordinate condition reports and conservators, and assist exhibition installation. Liaise with registrars, production, press and marketing; handle mainline requests and ad hoc projects. Contribute to valuation listings, proposals and authentication outreach.

Execute end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice and T&E expense processing, vendor payments, SAP postings, Concur administration, vendor master maintenance, reconciliations, audit support, and stakeholder training and support.

Manage post-sale client service for a portfolio of sales: process invoicing and payments, coordinate shipments and collections, issue client communications, ensure SLA and governance compliance, resolve client issues with internal partners, and support departmental projects.
