Manage scalable customer engagement programs for SMB and low-touch accounts across onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals. Monitor customer health, analyze account data, launch campaigns, deliver webinars and training, curate content, and improve customer success processes. Partner with CSMs, sales, product, and marketing to drive customer outcomes across a 500–1,000-account portfolio while maintaining accurate Salesforce and customer success tool data.

Own the end-to-end monthly commission cycle for the GTM organization, including calculations, payouts, plan administration, accruals, reporting, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Partner with Finance, RevOps, Sales leadership, and the CRO on compensation plan design and rollouts. Maintain commission documentation and audit trails, answer rep inquiries, build performance dashboards, and automate processes to improve data quality and scalability.

Owns and develops business-critical identity and access management projects across the frontend and backend. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, permissions, UX optimization, observability, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, release strategies, code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-team collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment.
