Owns the platform’s technical direction by designing scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures. The role establishes engineering and testing standards, evaluates technologies, leads architecture and governance reviews, guides integrations and APIs, addresses technical debt, and mentors engineers. It also governs AI/LLM and agentic applications, translates business needs into technical roadmaps, and supports systems for trading, portfolio management, risk, accounting, and reconciliation in a financial-services environment.

Oversee legal work across media portfolio, managing contracts and compliance, providing legal support to leadership, and establishing governance frameworks.

The Head of People will lead talent and people operations, focusing on recruitment strategy, organizational design, performance management, and HR systems across portfolio companies.
